My client, Sammy Algar, purchased this property to open a second location for his highly successful Mediterranean restaurant. Having worked with him on his restaurant in New Brunswick it was exciting to create a whole new look while maintaining the spirit of his style. We refurnished the kitchen and dining areas and reconfigured the customer areas to incorporate a brick oven and to create a stage set for this artful and thematic dining. Street side sidewalk dining was added and the rear of the restaurant was redesigned for events.
