An ice cream sandwich shop with all the trimmings and toppings! This was a very compact space that needed an array of equipment and furnishings.  From street-side seating, to customer counters to the back-of-house prep areas, we nestled it together like a jigsaw puzzle while maintaining a crisp and cool image at the front.
